The location of Surf Club Resort is unbeatable—just steps from the beach and an easy walk to town. I loved the complimentary setup of beach chairs and umbrellas. it made the beach days so much more relaxing. The staff was friendly, always available to help when needed. The pool area was nice, well-maintained, with a good vibe, perfect for families. Room cleanliness was mostly good, but there were some maintenance issues that needed attention. Our room had a strange musty smell upon arrival, which went away after using the AC. The bed was okay, but the sofa bed was uncomfortable and stained, making it hard for my family to get a good night's sleep. I found the unit a bit cramped for our family size, which would have been fine if the mattress quality was better. I hope they focus on improving that and address some minor maintenance issues. These aspects kept it from being perfect.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We loved the easy access to the beach, and Camp Hero was a great spot for hiking. The pool was awesome, and the food truck in the evenings was a nice touch.
Our room was below expectations, with mold issues that made for an uncomfortable stay. We hope they address this soon.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel in Montauk, where our family enjoyed the amazing beach access and spacious two-bedroom duplex. It was perfect for our group, providing a homey feel and allowing easy back-and-forth between the room and beach. Loved the pool too!
My kids wished there were more food options available on-site.
